Transition
Leaving the team game meant choosing solitude, longer horizons, and a different kind of honesty.
Endurance asked for patience. The hard parts - rebuild, uncertainty, starting again - became part of the work.
Discipline was built in the water.
My Approach
Chemical engineering shaped how I train: measure, optimize, iterate. Data is a tool, not a costume.
Continuous improvement is the work. It shows up in recovery choices, race decisions, and what gets cut when something stops working.
I compete to measure what improves, and what does not.
Vision
Open water world championship racing, faster HYROX times, stronger road racing, and a first half-distance triathlon. Built one season at a time.
